03 Account Registration

Account Accuracy

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. amjilli will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure to maintain password security. Account Verification (KYC)

amjilli is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and in some cases a selfie for identity matching. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent withdrawals.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on amjilli are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). amjilli supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits

• Deposits are generally credited to your amjilli account balance immediately or within a few minutes.
• amjilli does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party payments are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within 24 hours.
• amjilli reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawals can be made from a bonus-funded balance.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

amjilli offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before opting into any promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine pesos and are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where amjilli has explicitly provided a cash-out or early settlement option.
• Odds are set by amjilli and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

07 Prohibited Activities

• Account sharing: Allowing another individual to access or use your amjilli account, regardless of the reason.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing amjilli staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

amjilli may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• At your request (voluntary closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be treated as dormant in accordance with our dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, amjilli reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Where a closure is initiated voluntarily by a player, remaining eligible funds will be processed to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are assessed.

09 Responsible Gaming
